So what are TWStores exactly? Each has a different purpose and is a representation of what makes this Region so unique. Celebrating our love of knowledge, tech and of course, unlimited urban style.

A whole store dedicated to celebrating all that is a life well lived in Downtown Kitchener? You’re darn straight that’s what it is. One of the most beautiful designed spaces you will ever step foot inside, this little store has everything you need.

This is what the #DTKStore experience is all about:

• Existing condo projects in the Downtown core
• New condo projects coming soon
• Resale DTK condos and homes, including those not on the market yet
• A list of properties currently available for lease - on MLS® and off
• On-site Realtor® to answer ANY housing-related questions you may have. No questions are bad questions
• The TWCondoGuide - a complete resource on all of the DTK condo buildings new and old. Everything you need regarding fees, offerings and historical property values
• Guides to assist with purchasing or selling a DTK property
• Pickup location for all of the FREE TWPosters
• Randomly created #DTK swag displayed and given away


Coming soon to the #DTKStore - A full VR experience. It’s true, during the COVID-19 pandemic we have been working on creating the ultimate DTK experience and installing it in a headset. Imagine sitting down and virtually touring condos from the comfort of one of our chairs. A one-of-a-kind experience to celebrate a one-of-a-kind of place to live.

We are hoping to launch the new TWNewHome Store in the fall of 2021. The COVID-19 pandemic has really put the brakes on our plans, but just wait until you see what we have done with the extra time to prepare …
