As you travel toward the eastern end of the city, you will come across the neighbourhood of Rosemount. A small, but comfortable neighbourhood that offers scenic war-time era homes built in and around the 1950s, amid some brand new housing builds throughout the neighbourhood. The brand new opportunities in the area include reserve lots for soon-to-be townhomes and recently completed brand-new semi-detached homes.
Residents of Rosemount neighbourhood are conveniently located near the many features established on Victoria Street. Those features include retail stores, restaurants, entertainment and more. All the while just a short drive away is Stanley Park Mall; providing the neighbourhood with a major grocery store, retail locations and even some big box stores.
Stanley Park Conservation Area runs directly along the edge of this neighbourhood and is a perfect locale for nature lovers to enjoy. With bird feeders distributed along the trail, guests to the area are encouraged to bring a handful of seed along to ensure the birds in the area are well fed.
