As you travel toward the eastern end of the city, you will come across the neighbourhood of Rosemount. A small, but comfortable neighbourhood that offers scenic war-time era homes built in and around the 1950s, amid some brand new housing builds throughout the neighbourhood. The brand new opportunities in the area include reserve lots for soon-to-be townhomes and recently completed brand-new semi-detached homes.

Residents of Rosemount neighbourhood are conveniently located near the many features established on Victoria Street. Those features include retail stores, restaurants, entertainment and more. All the while just a short drive away is Stanley Park Mall; providing the neighbourhood with a major grocery store, retail locations and even some big box stores.

Stanley Park Conservation Area runs directly along the edge of this neighbourhood and is a perfect locale for nature lovers to enjoy. With bird feeders distributed along the trail, guests to the area are encouraged to bring a handful of seed along to ensure the birds in the area are well fed.

Public school students in the area will attend Smithson Public School for grades JK-6; Stanley Park Public School for grades 7 and 8; and Eastwood Collegiate Institute to complete their high school education. Catholic school students can look forward to attending St. Anne Catholic Elementary School before finally attending St. Mary’s Catholic Secondary School for their high school education.
