Kiwanis Park

Kiwanis Park is a small neighbourhood of just a few streets, but the multi-million dollar estates are anything but. With massive lot sizes, Kiwanis Park still manages to maintain the intimacy of community living. Tucked away at the edge of the city limits, the neighbourhood feels quite remote with wide streets decorated with classic street lights.

For the active residents, they are in close proximity of Kiwanis Public Park and Beach Pool which promotes a fair bit of tourism in the summer months throughout the neighbourhood. Considering this level of activity, there is no parking available on the streets.

Public school children in Kiwanis Park are bussed to Bridgeport Public School for JK-6, Margaret Avenue Public School for grades 7 through 8, and finally to Bluevale Collegiate Institute for secondary school. Catholic students attend St. Matthew’s Elementary School or St. David Catholic Secondary School.
