Carriage Crossing is a relatively new neighbourhood in the North East end of Waterloo. Homes in this area tend to be larger executive style homes with the most modern of amenities. This newly developed neighbourhood offers a variety of trails for its residents to explore and the Grand River is the backdrop for this fantastic neighbourhood.

This neighbourhood is conveniently located in Waterloo, with often just a short drive to experience the culture surrounding you. RIM Park Sportsplex, a state-of-the-art indoor recreation facilities includes four skating rinks, two soccer fields, and two basketball courts is just steps outside this new neighbourhood. Also, the Grey Silo Golf Course, offering 18 holes of golf right in Waterloo is almost in your very own backyard. Not to be overshadowed, there is plenty of other outdoor areas worth visiting, including Kiwanis Park and Bechtel Park.

Public school children of Carriage Crossing can expect to attend Lincoln Heights P.S for grades JK-8 before moving on to Bluevale Collegiate Institute. Catholic School students can look forward to attending St. Luke Catholic School before moving on to St. David Catholic Secondary School.
