I am a graduate of University of Waterloo's Civil Engineering program and have a Master of Business Administration degree from York University. After completing my education, I earned my Professional Engineering designation in the real world of automotive manufacturing, first as a Production Supervisor and then as a Quality Engineer. Many years of this fast-paced and demanding environment instilled in me a mindset of results, attention to detail, and the client's best interests above all. This was an excellent preparation for success in the world of real estate sales in Guelph.

I enjoy the challenges of residential real estate. I understand the personal, emotional and financial aspects of relocating or investing. My clients value me for my technical know-how and excellent customer service throughout the transaction process.

Local Knowledge
Living in various neighbourhoods in Guelph over the past 15 years has given me a unique and personal perspective on what each area has to offer. My own experience in real estate ownership ranges from century homes in downtown Guelph, to newer homes in the south end, new build and resale, freehold and condominium, as well as investment properties.

Hands-On Approach
In owning the various types of properties, I have done extensive hands-on renovation and re-modelling work that has touched on virtually every trade that's related to a home. This first-hand experience gives me the knowledge to properly advise my clients on the technical aspects of real property.
