My Experience
My career in real estate began in new construction in the early 2000’s working on various pre-construction sites all over Ontario. Meanwhile, I went to school for advertising which led to a firm understanding of what it takes to make a house marketable as a home.
Being part of a family of builders and working on our own custom builds has also contributed to my understanding of the real life costs of renovations and improvements. This helps me in turn negotiate the best value for a home.
My Approach
A home is the biggest investment in most people’s lives. My goal is to make this experience not only worthwhile but seamless.

New Construction
Working in new construction has allowed me to reach a multifaceted balance in regards to real estate. This experience has taught me the value of a home from the ground up. Being familiar with the process from the inside allows me to help you make the most informed decision when dealing with both resale and new construction homes.
