My Experience
For most of my life, I grew up in Stratford and much of the surrounding countryside. I became quite accustomed to the quiet living of a small town but always dreamed of moving to the city. I vividly remember begging my parents to go shopping in the Tri-Cities and visit Toronto any chance we could. Fast forward to 2017, when a management position at a prominent telecommunications company brought me the opportunity to work in Kitchener - and just so happens to be where I met my beautiful fiancé, Brea! We’ve been living in the area since, and I couldn’t be happier to call Kitchener my home.
Before settling down in the city, however, I moved quite frequently as my parents relocated for work. While most kids might see this as a challenge, I always saw it as an opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, and also be curious about the process of buying and selling a home. As my siblings were off playing hide-and-seek at showings, I was right there in between my parents and their Realtor asking questions. There was also such an overwhelming feeling of excitement throughout the process, I began trying to figure out how I could deliver that same feeling to others.
This is where I landed in customer service. Most of my roles prior to - and including - my current job at a global tech company, involved serving the public and solving clients’ needs with a personalized solution. Through these experiences, I’ve been able to refine my communication skills, master active listening to fully comprehend the needs and wants of pretty well all walks of life, truly understand the need for transparency, and develop an even greater passion for helping others.
Pondering ways I could help people on a larger scale, I thought back to that passion and curiosity for real estate and found the answer - offering my professional guidance in the process of buying or selling the biggest investment of most people’s lives.

I make that happen by always offering information before agreements, simplifying the complex, and making sure accurate expectations are set. With over a decade of experience in customer service, I can assure you that I will go to all lengths necessary to get the job done to your satisfaction, have fun doing it, and keep you informed of what’s happening the whole way through!
