My Experience
When my family and I made the move from Romania in 1999, we knew right away that we had made a great choice by residing in Kitchener-Waterloo. Shortly after, everything started to point me towards a career in real estate While attending University of Guelph’s prestigious Bachelor of Real Estate and Housing, I worked as a taxi driver locally in order to learn the ins and outs of this region. That experience provided me with exceptional knowledge of the region as well as its demographics. After a while, I decided to purchase a taxi business and was quickly voted into the Board of Directors for City Cabs in Kitchener. Owning a business, I became experienced in handling accounts, marketing and communicating clearly with the city council. I never lost my dream of becoming a REALTOR® and after 5 years of being in the taxi business, I decided to pursue that dream and become a full-time REALTOR®.
My Approach
I strongly believe in the old saying “Treat others the way you want to be treated” and I try to approach every transaction from that standpoint. I always aim to make every real estate transaction as smooth as possible for my clients. My goal is to make sure that my clients are always happy with the process and ultimately reach their real estate objective.
